BRZL, the way I look at it right now, Sam is in a catch-22, lets say he goes ahead and updates Nevada Corporate Status and also all the financials right now to get everything up to date, what will probably happen is that will set off massive speculation and we'll get a bunch of people here using that speculation and trying to P/D this.

I dont think that is what Sam wants to happen here, if it is, he would have done that long ago.

Sam will wait till he sells the "Shell" and then make a public announcement and update everything, anything he does right now will cause speculation, and thats not what I believe he wants.

JMHO.....we wait and see.....GLTA....
