Looking at the volume over the past several weeks, I think the market makers are doing just that. They are fishing for a price at which a reasonable volume of shares will trade at on a daily basis. From what I've seen the past couple of days, people don't seem to mind buying shares at $0.04 and $0.05 per share. My guess would be they are the same people who bought shares at $0.20 a share trying to break even on they're investment.
