Something strange going on here. According to some posters, Scottrade put a "no buy" on this. They do this when there is a problem with transferring shares. Perhaps company requested physical certificates only. Or something more serious. This may have casued the panic. But it does create a "where there's smoke" risk.

I'm trying to track it down. Any other info out here?
