Be carefull!!! This has all the hallmarks of a Scam. The company owns nothing and they are competing against 1,000s of buyers with Billions in capital that are currently searching for "distressed" commercial real estate. Any proeprty with potential is sold quickly in this market.

Do you think that a company that has no real estate holdings and no history can compete with seasoned buyers that have near unlimited capital? If it was a great deal then why would they get it...think about it... Be CAREFULL!!
