It's been about the same spread for a year, not really look out below. More like nobody buying, nobody rushing to sell. The float was mostly locked by the former owner and there were only 250m in OS and a large portion of those were restricted until the company filed some kind of statement. The problem is that after the oil deals fell through, this just has been stewing.
