I am with you on some of that. It would have been nice to wipe some of those related party payables with some shares, not just to Norm and Graham.

It does mean Norm officially has interest in this. Before he had his million of shares, for all we know the whole "Norm's gonna do something with FRMC" could have been abandoned a year ago.

I see them doing almost exactly what Valpo did, hopefully with a faster time frame and an immediate acquisition.
