Ya think it may have something to do with the fact that the company raised its a/s from a billion to 1.6 billion? And that the company just so happened to have gagged its T/A from letting the public know the share structure at the same time?

Folks have been talking about 0.001+ for a few days now. But all I see is somebody looking at slightest hint of volume and dumping shares at the bid.
