I have the same problem with my broker, Questrade. This stock is on the DTC Chill list. Although some here say it is not, it is. We have beaten this subject to death. I have confirmed it with my broker many times. You have to call them and pay a (much) higher commission.

I have no idea why they are on the chill list. Drives me nuts.

I have sent emails to Lev asking him to remedy this but no answer from him. Is there somebody else I can email? Fann? Verndale?
