What a joke you are MoMo R!

You post about two people suing the Alberta Stock Exchange (now known as the TSX Venture) and Alberta Securities Commission while Richard Haderer was a member of the commission, for fraud. And what happened, nada. LOL

It's like suing the SEC cause you lost money in the pennies in 2006.

A decade later and there is still no stopping the push by Jason Cowan and Barb Trosin, a pair of Albertans, to get what they believe is rightfully theirs.

This past week the two filed a private criminal obstruction of justice charge against the Alberta Securities Commission and the Alberta Stock Exchange (now part of the TSX Venture Exchange). The two also filed a charge against Northside Minerals International Inc. and Mani Chopra, a lawyer and counsel for Northside.
