The chart anchored here offers strong suggestion that volume is on the distribution side overall. Look at the time and sales reports and L2. See who is stepping up on the ask and in-between repeatedly. If it continues, new shares are probably being sold.

Don't expect their transfer agent to be cooperative. They seldom are in cheapieland.
