He doesn't claim that HLNT and Dongfeng entered a JV together. What is clearly stated is that a JV was entered (with who) and that Dongfeng will sell through it'd own distribution channels and HLNT will receive a royality. Terms of that royality were not made public to my knowledge.

Read the words bro and don'r infer anythin. Now see if you can get the CEO of HLNT to put in writing that HLNT and Dongfeng are party to a JV with each othetr. should be no problem, right? Post that response when ya get it please.
