I don't believe BLLN will trade again.

However, you will continue to hear that Allan will file the necessary paperwork sometime "soon". "Soon" will become 30 days... than 60 days... than 1 year...etc. All in an effort to give shareholders hope and prevent lawsuits against QTRAX and BLLN.

On the flip side, if he doesn't file "soon" and shareholder lawsuits are filed, I think the major labels will cease doing business with QTRAX and Allan to disassociate from all arguments of fraud.
