Think about it. If SP knows what is going on (and he hasn't held any shareholder meeting like EVER!), his only cover is he has gagged himself (like the TA) with an NDA! Ha! If he knows, HE CAN'T SAY!!!! What a riot! Why else would you treat your shareholders like he does? JMHO. R3
