Look at the close on Friday. So much illegal BS insider trading these days, yet small firms and traders get fines for much less. While many hedge funds and friends of insiders are making a killing on insider information or price manipulation by news releases. I love it when someone takes a position, and then upgrades the stock and sells into the upgrade.
