LL I think you me and Cass all agree on the basic fact that the patents are probably worthless. Going forward I believe that the 737 will survive the reexam process. I then believe that the amendments to the 774 will be accepted by the examiner because it was the examiner himself who suggested the things that needed to be in the patent for it to be "inventive" (his word). If I were you I would consider trading out on the price and volume spike on those events.
