Anyone can buy and sell stock BlackJack, But how many honestly understand the issues in the filings. Honest?? It is not his job to
teach trading.. Sure he does not have to.. But if he wants people to understand what is going on with the firm he has to teach why and wherefore of the filings. The more knowledge the company shares with long investors on how the filings affect the firm in a common language the better the longs can asses the firm's direction.
The filing that todays PR talks about is long winded with formulas for the Warrants and the such. So we get questions like why
did they not buy open market or they are giving away shares etc..
And all the junk we see on the boards. You have to keep in mind that
online trading is still new in the investment world.. There are more individual traders who are bypassing the finical planner or individual broker, for the freedom of making their own finical choices in the market. And with the influx does not mean the knowledge of the investor is on par with the desired level playing field the SEC wants. So in being proactive in a simple language blog breaking down the different filings that hit the SEC site, Bob and company can preempt any confusion about the filings. Does it take time. Sure it does.. Like the question from Bob,that Saka7 was talking about did anyone notice I bought 1 million shares. Maybe they did but bet a lot don't even know the different codes on a simple form 4.. So example of the little blog and I would not use his current one. maybe a CFO Blog.. Saying hey today Bob bought 1 million shares at .0125 or what ever the case would be.
just a thought.
Of course you understand the risk of the Warrant holder is taking by holding those warrants right> ??
