Heartland Payment Systems, Inc. provides bankcard payment processing services to merchants in the United States and Canada. On January 12, 2011, February 4, 2011 and September 30, 2011, the Company acquired the K to 12 School Solutions businesses of Comalex, Inc., mySchoolBucks, LLC, and School-Link Technologies, Inc respectively.
