Agendas aside, chart is showing a reversing overall bullish pattern. One could say the fundamentals (or lack thereof) are 'baked in the cake', at this point.

While more low .003's can be expected, it'd be a pity for anyone to panic at the bottom of the trend. This pattern suggests buying, not selling, at this point. But, people panic when their positions are red, usually to their dismay when the pps bounces back up.
