Why the answer to Saka7 question from Bob is pretty darn simple..
Bob not many penny stock investors are stock savvy paper ready filing gurus..
I.E. If your info put out on the filings are not followed up with a Kiss.
Keep it simple stupid(blog from cfo,ceo) you have lost most of those who are trying to figure out what the heck the filing says..

Look most penny traders are just that we are regular folks who do
not have a investment planner who we pay OMG! Commission to make
a call on a stock. We look at the product the people and the price of the stock. All the other stuff is there sure. But again if a firm can not follow up on what it is saying by the SEC filings in a common language then it is to the determent of the firm your trying to build. Not your fault at all and as you educate your investors on Warrents,Options, in the money out of the money your building a knowledge base of people who can point it out for you in the future when your trading on a bigger exchange. Anyway
