Blue Sky Breakout

UGNE got the E today (UGNEE) for late filing but the market seems to be taking it it stride. This is one of my few long termers. I've been in about 2 years and bought in at.30.
It's been a long road to FDA approval and they finally got it a week or so ago. I feel there will be much more upside over the next few years and possibly a bid for the AMEX. They have a good revenue stream which is tied into several big pharmicutical companies.
If your interested the best info around is on RB discussion board of UGNE. Many there have been in this longer than me and very much up on the ins & outs of this growing company. I'm a part time trader and DD the best I can with time available. Most of it is brief and I play chart movement.

I'm primarily a bottom fisher and swing trade. Maybe you can tell me about your strategies on 52 week high stocks with some examples from your past experiences.
Do you play them for the brief pop? Or most B/H?

I have a rather basic question to start. What actually constitutes a "Blue Sky Breakout"?
