Who says they have a use for it. All theg did was sign a non disclosure agreement. This lets them look at it and see if they have a use for it. As of today, no partnership is signed with any defense contractors, thus as of today, they dont have a use for it. They may, and they may not.

You are assuming they have a use for it, all we kniw is they think they may have a use for it. But after some conversations and undrstanding of the material and what it is and how it functions, they may quickly realize..... They dont have a use for it.

Wanting to think and hope they have a use for it and them actually having a use for it are two vastly different concepts.
