I think the article you posted answers your first question. Yes, to your second question. The "...reservation legality trump many.." question maybe true, however, timing is extremely important, in this online poker race. Prior established companies are aligning themselves with well-known casinos to hit larger markets and maximize revenues. Individual states are looking to form compacts with other states to have a larger player base which in turn would create a larger revenue base.

Some of the biggest issues being faced right now are; taxing of online poker, funds and player security and keeping minors from gambling online. Just to name a few.

ATIG has given two casinos ( the Coushatta and Coyote Valley) free trial of their TGN. Hopefully, these casinos are pulling in some revenues and new player base for their perspective casinos from this and sign a several year agreements with ATIG after their free trial. Which in turn will be ATIG's first revenue producing product for the company. Which everyone owning its stock is waiting for.
