We have not engaged an auditor as of today. Rest assured that we will release press and file an 8K as soon as we have engaged an auditor.

Dear both,

Isn´t it required to release an 8k-filing during 4 working days as if there is any change regarding your auditor or if you will engage the same auditor furthermore (in accordance to your 8k, dated the 5th of March, announcing a change regarding the engagement of your auditor) ? Please consider these SEC-requirements and please don´t hesitate in coming back to the public as there is an increasing uncertainty and negative speculation!
