Mastertrader this appears to be an excellent find. Way to go! This confirms ungs PR's of the February aquisitions.

This is what troubles me about the complaints of UNGS updating stockholders. Based on the PR's: I believe they have communicated pretty well and I do not believe Mr. Anderson is not intelligent. UNGS has accomplished a lot in the last year +. Lots of aquisitions. They are growing, and with growth, comes growing pains. Its never perfect.

My guess is, they are doing what is logical. AND THE BIG THING TO REMEMBER is Mr. Anderson owns a lot of shares himself, he has skin in the game. The only assuption I am making here is that the info to shareholders is honest. I have not been given a reason thus far to doubt them.
