If you are right and they do not intend to do any rework why would they be in contact with www.firstchoiceproductsinc.com on the "TOOL" to test any tubing in the wells, this "TOOL" can be used to test each well to see if the tubing inside or the casing has been perforated under pressure and save the company thousands of dollars per well on service or servicing.
