A person may automatically get a PUBLIC-SHARED group added to their list via 3 different ways:

1. If they SEARCH and Join from the scrambls website

2. If the user accidentally runs into a post from the author. If the plugin sees this post, it will automatically add this to your group list (provided you qualify)

3. If they get an invitation email with a GROUP activation link

In all these 3 cases, the system will check to see if you qualify and will add it to your GROUP list
