What you are saying about the capital investors going through LLC's makes sense...

With that being said.. perhaps the 2 holdings and Drew is what makes up the MP Sportswear all while Drew is protected from any liability..

Thats all fine and dandy... and irregardless as to what is the actual management structure and hierarchy of MP Sportswear truly is.. I don't think is the issue.. Because it is what is... The major concern is we as shareholders want to see it in detail with an official statement laying it out, so we can ALL of the information available to us..

If TapouT is still behind the clothing line i suspect they would have just came out and said that in their financial when they touched on the sportswear as opposed to hiding it.. Why hide it if its already public knowledge? What is there to gain by doing that? Unless there is something in the deal that is not public knowledge..
