We haven't had any decent reporting
by Flint for far too long. I find it difficult to be convinced
that Flint owns Prime carrier and how the reverse merger worked
with AXLX and what is really owned by FLTT. I just don't see the
information clarifying what our concerns are. Do you?

If your deduction is correct, then we may be in a SWEET position. LOL
However, I suspect that the AXLX shares are stand alone.

Please clear up for me. So what I can understand from your post is axlx shares will cease to exist or will rollover into Fltt. I am in for the long run. Prime carrier bought axlx and prime carrier is 100% owned by flint. In retrospect flint owns axlx.

I suggest watching the AXLX play and players very carefully. That action accompanied by FLTT filings will tell all. Hopefully all.
