I know you can't go into a great deal of info on this...but


does the nunchi platform or any of the new technology patents applied for need or rely on a successful ruling on the re-exams of patent 737 and 744?


I believe we were told previously the new patents were not connected in anyway to the edig flash porfolio currently under re-exam but I can't find those comments.
