It would be nice to think that this deal would help elimInate some of the convert able debt. The way the PR was released does not promising. Guess we will have to wait and see the details. I don't expect a big jump until the 8k comes out and even then it better reveal some specifics.

It will definitely be a new company but how that company came to be is the question. There needs to be a substantial finance package backing its creation. If not then we could be in trouble.
