related to Rocket Mans' post on PSI, we need the salmonella and E Coli to complete the trio of most hazardous food borne ilnesses, over 90% in the USA !

and while listeria was done first because it was the hardest to identify at the time,, E Coli and Salmonella are by far more prevelant
(anyone researching listeria is apt to learn about this)

and therefore these two 'certs' are the keys
and the company is moving to market now !
