Hello Davidio just having fun while waiting,The sec and finra just took a Brokerage firm to court and the reason they were cought is because they shorted the pps on company's and drove them down these are very intricate(complex)cases to discover because of the freedom the mms and brokerage firms have it seems to take a couple years and longer to discover and prosecute...There is no doubt cgfia pps would be higher if not for shorting and trading of IOU's(nss)...But never the less CGFIA permit is down to the wire,all guyer has to do is get the Gov't what they require and by law the permit must be issued(just like a driver License but much more complex, no doubt)The concerned new posts are an indication to me to keep price down,I consider this to be the CGFIA longs board but the mms and broker guy's have right to post also...But i am an investor here so i will take some of my time to post and provide my resistance...Long,CGFIA
