When we see a company that's being wrecked from within, or when we recognize a security that is absurdly over-valued, we short it. And then wait for the fundamentals to play themselves out.

that is not what happened here (you know that). this was shorted in the typical way mm's always short penny stocks when they are running. they let the pps rise then they sell naked into the frenzy, to the point of ridiculous DILUTION. once they kill the upward momentum with volume they cover on the way back down. when you create and sell 100 times the float you are diluting not shorting imho. shorting is a strategy naked shorting is manipulation.
