It was reported on this board that a woman with whom Bordy had a personal relationship provided the seed money for JBII. They had a falling out. Bordy fired her, had her locked out of the premises and then cancelled some portion or all of the 7 million shares that she owned in JBII. He was also ungracious enough to see to it that her "termination for cause" became public information.
