Coschocton Ohio population 11,682..... JBI could have a positive impact on this city providing jobs running P2O processors.....it's a triple win imo should this happen...Coschoocton wins jobs....RKT wins savings....JBI wins more business.....not to mention an increase in the tax base for Ohio....just Ohioin'
