Looks as whoever is backing this is trying to set it up to remain silent. Almost like a limited partnership where they will have limited responsibility. That's why Bennett was named CEO. I can't think of any other reason to set up a new company for a partnership. Let's hope the 8k names the real backer and not just the new corporation. Either way it's money to move forward and that should give WTCT a lift.
