I think that authorized will stay at 2.5B, and issued will be at 1.9B by year end. And listed below is my best guess of sales by quarter:

Q1 $19M
Q2 $33M
Q3 $47M
Q4 $62M

By the end of the year, many Company's will try to acquire MP. This Company is rock solid! One in a million!
