{Quote}And there are no appreciable short positions in CGFIA, nor does one add up the daily short volumes as those are meaningless long term as they are settled in 3 or 4 days on the average.
And it's perfectly legal for a retail trader to short cgfia as long as a brokerage allows it, but why pay dollars per share for a sub penny stock.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>{odega}Unless you are working for a hedge fund or an mm you do not know what is going on behind closed doors,i would agree with davidio and his experiance it agrees more with mine and the fact that FINRA does exist and is not a myth and they were created to monitor the mms and associates confirms my point that there is shorting going on and these mms can trade back and forth to each other to off set any deadline covering, there are a couple brokerage's in the court system right now who know how to do it,GO SEC and FINRA...GO CGFIA working in conjunction with SEC and FINRA real partners with real goals...GO CGFIA
