Perhaps this is where my confusion with singular or plural starts...From April 5th 2010 Q -A1
" The Directors of Medinah Minerals (Chile) S.A has requested a formal meeting with Directors of Medinah Minerals,Inc. in Sanriago, Chile. The meeting is scheduled to fully review the Final Agreement Terms & Conditions, and to outline the agreed-upon exploration and development of the Altos de Lipangue property claims. A representative of Medinah Minerals, Inc. will travel to Chile on April 18th to meet with Medinah Minerals (Chile) S.A. and representative members of the Claims Purchase Agreement consortium."

"(MEDINAH MINERALS ,Inc. in Santiago,Chile.)" does this mean MDMN USA & MDMN CHILE combined, or was USA omitted?


We also seem to now be back to using 'Purchasing Company' as opposed to 'Consortium'
