According to the info I pulled from my Etrade account:

As of December 31, 2011, it had 235 United States and foreign patents, and approximately 219 pending patent applications pertaining to communications and signal processing technologies, including DSL, DSL service assurance, wireless, biometrics imaging, medical imaging, image compression, video compression, and seismic data compression.

I don't know how many of these patents were part of the sale, but I'm sure that only a small percentage are part of the sale. As per the PR:

The patents and patent applications relate to WiFi (802.11n/ac), LTE and Wireline Home Networking.
