That's the license fee for ENTERPRISE, not for individuals. That fee is only like 40 bucks per year after you pay bat 100 bucks for the program. Plus keep in mid for any ENTERPRISE uses there are normally substantial discounts. So that isn't an everyday "sale" for the company.
