Jwez, I don't doubt that there is some way in which this works. But the figures put out by Tivus ($3.50-$6.50 per room, per day) are what I am questioning. If the lowest of these terms was used to a hotel with 400 rooms in occupancy, Wes, $1400.00 per day would be returning over $500,000 per year! We would have a contract! No hotel can even think of turning down even 1/2 that revenue, especially when Marriott didn't pay for anything on the front end to begin with. What am I missing? Don't worry about hurting my feelings, bro, I am trying to rationalize this whole thing so that it is understandable as long as SP doesn't communicate with us. GLTA. R3
