Decided i would fracture my back in 5 places and had to back off everything so ive just sat back for a while , so first post in over a month.
To add to your post, it didnt have to go down like this. Thats the sad part. Once PRs were proven to be lies and pps was still above a penny, as a group we should have not let up without answers. But thats then and this is now.
As you and many that have the guts to state the obvious truth, it is sad to see the claim of some fantasy land information to raise this from the dead in some PR.
Fact is investors have not, investors have not heard a word in 9 1/2 months in a conference call in JULY.
Every pr not only is a false claim, they are illegal. Not a SINGLE ONE of them have truth, and good ,smart investors check this. Now thats sad for many to blame this on someone else but the one making the false claims in PRS
As far as the Walmart issue, that is pretty much an insult to most investors intellegence. To get in WALMART with a drug, you must carry a 10 million dollar liability policy, have good standing with FDA after a period of operation, a 2yr filing record with Dun & Bradstreet to be approved by Walmart and a complete UPC and bar coding system tied with Walmart. Investment just to get in Walmarts door would be impossible at present , thats just common sense.
Those that makes promises based on AQUAPRIN is FDA approved ,that it can comeback just based on this attribute, AQUAPRIN has never even been approved by FDA, never been tested, just violated regulation for production in past.
Its ingrediants have been FDA approved for years, but it itself has not been tested nor any testing by 3rd party as to claims
Not one single place can be found that Aquaprin holds a patent on AQUAPRIN, just filed for patent pending, which is a simple, non costly procedure anyone can do.
Sad thing, try and call PHAR. Only thing you get now is "GOOD BY", at every extension. Everyone should try calling.
As far as email correspondance with any investor on this board that can be proven it comes from Howard, Howard would have to be stupid, wanting to go to prison.
