I think you need to get your definitions of 'news' to match with what other shareholders think news is.
Everyone here has lost tons of money and court documents are just something which are part of the process. Speculation or not, we have received nothing from the BOD except that nothing can be openly disclosed because of the lawyers, etc, etc.
Webtime has always summarized the hopelessness of this whole venture from the start.
