Look, I would much rather be slobbering all over SP and Tivus!!! Anyone that has a dime invested in this company wants it to succeed. But going deaf to the needs of your shareholders is gross incompetence, if not worse. No one benefits from a low share price.
Here is a pr he could issue:
"Tivus announced it has hired the accounting firm of "What's New" to audit it's 2011 1st quarter 2012 financial statements." We are anticipating that this audit will be finished by the end of May 15, 2012."
Wow, what a lid popper! Of course, if you aren't auditing your books for this compliance, you can't say that. So, perhaps Tivus isn't doing this. If not, this also means that they can't be bought out by LNET, and we can't get the "Stop sign" off the pink sheets. I also suspect that the ad insertion revenue is underwhelming with such a report. I think this may be what SP is hiding. Shiva's excellent adventure may be Shiva's big bust. But,. . . . Who would know? HE SAYS AND BY APPEARANCES DOES NOTHING. JMHO. R3
