Simply stated, it's close to a year now since Rooney started talking about Cyclotron financing and a simple statement would suffice. Hell, at least we would know if Rooney was still trying to secure it or not. But we dont even know that. For all we know, he could be playing poker with the rest of the crew at Crown Pointe as we know nothing about that either.

I dont remember the name of the pr firm that we all thought were engaged for inestor relations, but I do remember Rooney saying they were instrumental in getting investor groups lined up for him as financing solutions. Well,,,,,,,where are we?
