One month of complete silence!! After a bombastic announcement and a 'letter' from the CEO we have a reverse split with extremely negative consequences, a name change, a financial posting that is both mysterious and clearly not within GAAP standards as professed.

So what is going on with these guys? No new revenue sources, no new contracts as promised.

Long time stock holders, especially those of us from the Hill Country, know that Roadhouse and Pipkin were the results of the previous management team, so we are waiting to see what the new team is doing after a long and perilous six months in control.

There are so many questions to ask but of course none will be answered as it appears they hide behind corporate veil of market silence due to change of name, reverse split and the like.....

We all believe these guys have a product as evidenced from the bus pilot.....why are there not folks storming the doors?
