What I thought was the case looks to be true. We all know surprisingly little about Tivus. There is a system installed in Philly with software updates and "switches" yet to be installed by someone. When does the clock begin to run on ad insertion revenues? No one knows. It keeps getting bumped around by unknowns. There is NO CONTRACT with Marriott/Host, and that too appears to be in a state of confusion. How do you install $2 million of equipment and not have a contract? Who would know because no details are revealed. His biggest shareholders go to Philly and he ties them up with NDA's. What is it that cannot be disclosed? I call upon anyone under an NDA to challenge SP! What's he going to do? Sue you? Believe me, if he disclosed insider information to you he is the one in trouble.

SP continues to treat his shareholders like they don't deserve any information, as he apparently (who would know, right?) keeps dumping millions of shares on the market while not offering a game plan or reporting on what is actually occurring. There are apparently no people working for Tivus any longer and long term associations are cast to the side like yesterday's dirty socks. This is not corporate development. JMHO. R3
