I got word back from him yesterday in an email so that's not entirely true. I won't go into what we duscussed becasue it was a direct question and answer from me to him and he did in my opinion answer the question to the best of his ability and to my satisfaction.

I don't know what will happen with this situation and am contemplating my own in depth DD for my own benifit. If what i find out benifits the board I will let you know what I find out. Don't know if it will or not yet so stay tuned.
