Something else occurred to me tonight that gave me a LITTLE hope at least even though the deadline for closing on the 20th has seemingly past... it's this: If the signing of the 10% LOI is material enough to 8K and PR, then the cancelling of the same 10% LOI is definitely also material enough to 8K and PR... which means if we haven't seen any PR, it's not yet "bad news". It's VERY possible that it was delayed, maybe it even closed already but we're still outside of '4 days' for notification? At least that's my hope, I'm resigned to see what will happen in the next couple weeks... will we see the 10% LOI closed? will we see funding? or will we see the cancelling of the 10% LOI? I'm in 'wait and see' mode perpetually with this stock.
